Professor Jiang Wins Best Paper Award
Lassonde Professor Zhen Ming (Jack) Jiang has co-authored a paper
titled, "An Industrial Case Study on the Automated Detection of
Performance Regressions in Heterogeneous Environments", which has won
the 2015 IEEE Best Software Engineering in Practice (SEIP) Paper Award.
This award is viewed as the most prestigious paper award in software
engineering for industrially relevant research. The paper was published
in the SEIP track of the 37th International Conference on Software
Engineering (ICSE 2015) in collaboration with researchers from
Blackberry, Queen's University and Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.
