Bio

Gunnar received his M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto in 1968. He has research interests in software engineering, primarily in the design and production of software development tools for individuals and small teams of people. An on-going project is the development of FlexOr Technology based on Knuth’s literate programming ideas and Gotshalks’ ideas of programming through the adaptation of programming frames. He engages research projects with software development companies and has an interest in interactive software design which takes into account human factors, cognitive models and cognitive constraints among the users of software.
